Please help, Last night i went to a party with three friends. one was the designated driver. When we were driving home the other person threw up all over the car so we had to pullover to help her and clean up. I drive a 2005 dodge stratus (sxt?) and just got it from my sister and brother in law just over a week ago. They took real good care of the car and just finished paying off the car in April. They had it fully checked in May before handing it over to me. The mechanic said that the car was good to go and gave it an oil change. The car has over 99000 miles on it. I was driving it home and hadn't noticed any problems with it. All of a sudden, while exiting of the ramp to go home, the car just came to a complete stop! The check engine light came on along with the oil light. I tried turning off the car and restarting it to no avail. I unfortunately had to have the car towed. My brother said it could have been one of three things wrong with the car: alternator, ignition coil or starter. Those things didn't sound too bad and the cost of fixing either three was in my budget. But this morning, I got a devastating call from the shop. The timing belt was worn and overdue for a change and had caused damaged to my pistons. Now with my pistons shot, my engine was shot. The mechanic then said my best bet was to get a new engine or at least a used engine to get my car running again. That's way out of my budget (he quoted me at $2000) and already replaced my timing belt and water pump (I think) without any consent. Is there something else that could have gone wrong? I'm a girl and I feel like I might be getting screwed just because I have no idea what the heck went wrong. PLEASE HELP!!!

Youcan go to walmart and get a starter kit, they're fairly cheap. They come with mostly everything, think you have to buy the heater. The kit is about 170 for a 55 gallon which isn't the size you need but it'll do good for know. You need at least a 75 gallon. For feeding them right now you can feed them cichlid flakes and blood worms. A package of worms cost about 5-6 bucks. Feeds them for a week or a little longer. Once they get big enough you can feed them feeder fish (rosy reds). Other animals you can put in with them, you can put almost anything in there that is the same size or bigger. Alright, this is a little confusing so bare with me please.. I'm 15 years old, my parents are divorced, i live in Alabama with my mother, my father lives in Georgia. I want to be emancipated as soon as possible. My Boyfriend will be 18 in October and has agreed to let me live with him. To be emancipated i know you must prove you can pay rent, utilities and essentials. I also know you can automatically emancipated in the state of Georgia if married. And you can get married if pregnant at 16 with no parental or court consent.. My boyfriend and i have full intentions of getting married. So, if i am sixteen become pregnant and get married, i can be emancipated. Is there any easier route i can take towards getting emancipated? I am fully aware i can not be emancipated at age 15. Please help, Last night i went to a party with three friends. one was the designated driver. When we were driving home the other person threw up all over the car so we had to pullover to help her and clean up. We were in an empty parking lot so after a few minutes an officer spotted us and pulled up. I did have a few drinks that night but i was sober at the point when the officer came. After the officer investigated he concluded that the other girl had definitely been drinking that night but was sure i was. Then all the sudden he took out the breathalyzer he first gave it to the driver and she was good. then he gave it too me and i blew a 0.026 . he did not ask me to take it he just gave it to me, not telling me any of my rights or what my options were. he did the same to the other girl as well but she blew a 0.111. Did the officer act wrongly not telling us anything can my citation get dropped due to his procedure? did he have a right to test me with no parents present? I am only 16 and i was the passenger in the car i was not belligerent or incoherent. Also if this can't get dropped before i go to court i plan on pleading not guilty.. since my breathalyzer was low and it was my only second time drinking. what does pleading no contest mean?

They will have information about summer courses, online courses, etc. If I were you, since you say many of the summer school courses are full, I would ask what online courses the school would accept to graduate. I have a problem with my solver for excel?

I have excel 2008 for a Mac which does not come with solver so I had to download it from frontline. It isn't working well though. Whenever I select the cells I want to input it does not register them so I have to type them in manually. Also once I have all my parameters entered into the solver it doesn't give me any results, it says there is an error and I should check if the constraints are entered correctly even though they are. Could I have installed it wrongly or something?

Ok long story short, I injured my right leg and knee in volleyball when I was 12 in 2006. And since then till this day I have been I gues you could say jumping hurdles over this issue. Mistreated by doctors and misdiagnosed. But I finally went to my first physical thapy day in 2008, but that same day we had 2 deaths in the family that hit us hard so we ignored my problem for awhile and I dint do therapy after all. Now after all these years I finally have a name for what's wrong with me which I'm so glad, it's patellar tendinitis. There small tears in the main ligament that connects your knee to your leg. Ok now I went to my first evaluation for physical therapy after 3 yrs, like 2 weeks ago. But since I found a name for what's wrong with me, everything changed. Like I'm satisfied now, like I don't care if my knee gets better. I'm happy with just a name, and I guess I feel I've been functioning with this injury for like 7 years and it's the only way I know how to live and function, and I don't wanna change anything. I wanna live with my injury, but my problem is I'm 17 and the only child so the parents are a challenge. My dads clueless, so thts not a prob but my mother is the main prob. I've tried to explain to her how I feel and what I want, and she basically called me crazy and blew it off like nothing happened which I hate. And now she scheduled my first physical therapy day without my consent, but I'm planning on having a one on one talk with the physical therapist about my decision, but I'm scared that I'm gonna lose my mothers love, and the bond we have. This is my first question here, and I'm hoping I will get some insightful answers. This will be lengthy and I apologize, but please allow me to explain the situation in full. I am 23 and am currently visiting my brother and sister- in- law for a couple of weeks. They have a five year old son who is a wonderful child, and generally very enjoyable to be around. However, a couple of days after I arrived, I was looking through my suitcase up in the guest bedroom when my nephew entered and closed the door behind him. I greeted him and he asked, "Want to play grown ups?" I said sure and asked him how you play. He started out by telling me we needed to go to the grocery store, preapre dinner, do the laundry. I went along with the game. Then he said it was "time to go to bed" and motioned for me to lie next to him on the floor. I obliged, not thinking anything of it, until he reached under my blouse and touched my breast. I quickly removed his hand and sat up but tried to remain calm as I know he's just a small child. I told him that was not at all appropriate and that it makes people feel very uncomfortable when they are touched in a private area, and to never do that to anyone again. He apologized to me, and then told me not to tell his parents because it would make his mommy cry if I did. Later in the evening, I did end up mentioning what happened to my sister-in-law, just to get her take on it and to make sure I had handled the situation appropriately since he is her child. She became very upset, and told me that this was very troubling because over the past several months this kind of thing has been an ongoing problem. He has been reprimanded twice at school for inappropriate touching of little girls. One incident was a kiss on the lips (that the little girl did not consent to apparently) which is probably rather innocent, but the second incident was his touching another little girl between the legs (also against the girl's will). He has an eight year old sister who has complained of having her nightgown lifted by my nephew even after repeated protestations from her. He has been told over and over and over again by teachers and his parents that acting on these body curiosities that he's having is just not appropriate and must be curbed. I completely understand that children will indeed explore things like this, but when does that type of behavior become excessive? I was compelled to ask for advice after playing with him alone again today. This time he told me we were going to play "boyfriend and girlfriend" and I told him that would be a silly game for us to play, because I am his aunt. He got off the topic and we began playing "superheroes" instead, but at one point during the game he approached me, took my face in his hands and pressed his open mouth against mine in a shockingly suggestive manner. I again tried to keep my composure and I told him that he cannot kiss me that way, that children and adults don't kiss each other that way. He responded with, "But I didn't touch your private parts this time." Perhaps I am over-reacting to this because I don't have children of my own, and I'm not a child psychologist, but his response very much alarmed me. He seems to have a very keen awareness of the impropriety of his behavior, but continues to do it anyway, and even begs me not to tell on him. I don't know what to say to my brother and sister-in-law, I don't know what to say to my nephew, and I'm really not sure what to think of the whole situation. I just don't think the behavior is completely innocent anymore. Am I wrong? Thoughts?

Do People Not Like Horror Movies Anymore?

It seems like horror movies don't make much at the box office anymore, and I don't understand why because horror movies are the most fun. Piranha only made about 25 million at the box-office last year, despite getting good reviews and being a lot of bloody fun. Now, Scream 4 only made 19 million at the box office despite being much anticipated and the first entry in that series in 11 years. This makes me mad, because I was hoping Scream 4 would do a whole lot of business where it would usher in a new slasher era and we would see a lot more slasher movies coming out. My boyfriend isn't sending these pictures. They're not from his phone, and they aren't even pictures of him. These girls are about 15, 16, 17 and he is 20, so this could cause some serious problems. For one, how would some one be able to use his phone number and make it look like he were sending them? He even got on Verizon where they log all your texts and stuff (which I know nothing about...I have AT&T) and they hadn't come up as being sent from his phone. And second, is there any kind of legal action that he could take against the guy that is using his number to send these pictures? My boyfriend is going to change his number, but for now, it looks like he is being a huge pervert sending pictures of his junk to underage girls. It seems to me that perhaps he wasn't entirely sure that you liked him or like him as much as he liked you, and he was hoping that you would start initiating contact but when you didn't (or didn't as much as he would have liked you to) he got discouraged and gave up. If this is the case it would seem like he was looking for something really uncomplicated and didn't want to exhaust alot of energy on it (if he just got out of a relationship that would support this). As far as you doing something wrong, that's pretty much a judgement call, different people have different ideas of who should do what when it comes to this kind of thing.

I have been dating boyfriend for 11 months now. He is 5 years younger. He has never been married. I have a son. From early stages in our relationship I told him my feelings, let him know I wanted a life and a family with him because I was in love with him. Around the time we started dating, I had just started my own business and it has been really tough. But, because during the summer my son is not here, we were able to have a totally wonderful summer. However, once the summer was over and I had my son during the school year, things changed. I felt he didn't really understood that it is a complete different thing to date someone who has a son. During the most difficult times of the business, he kind of felt overwhelmed with our relationship and I felt he pushed me away. This got me really sad because I have no family in the city so I had no place to go for thanksgiving (I wrongly assumed he was taking me to his family). He then broke up with me in January because he thought "it was too much". I imagine the "too much" means that I have a son, I am running my own business (which is a lot of work), I can't go dancing with him all the time, and both my business and my daughter are my first priority and I know it was hard for him. The point is that we went back together and again I mentioned to him that I really would like us to plan a future if he was serious about it; I feel very lonely and I am truly in love with him. I again told him how much I loved him and how much I wanted to be with him. He told me about how he too feel he is "ready" to have his own family and all that... he never mentioned that he wanted that family with me though. At a later time, he told me that he care about me but that he hopes he can fall in love with me during the summer. To be honest, I thought the reason why we are once again trying to work things out was because we loved each other. I did not know he was not in love with me. I confronted him and asked him if he was in love with me. He said no. he says he care about me, but that he thinks he can fall in love with me during the summer. WTF?? I feel that because during the summer my son is with her dad, he knows things will be pretty cool. But, then again, the school year will be back and my son will be with me, so then what? Also, if after being together a year he is yet to be in love with me, I feel it has no sense for us to continue in the relationship. Should I stay in this relationship after my boyfriend has made clear he is not in love with me?
