I am 17 and I'm boyfrienf is 18 ,could my dad press sexual charges?

I live in the state of California and I'm 2 months pregnant. I will be turning 18 next month (august) and my dad does not aproove of my relationship with my boyfriend. I am planning on not telling my dad about my pregnancyuntil I am 18, could he still press charges on my baby's father just because I got pregnant when I was underage? I know the CA consent law is 18 years old but I'm not sure what the 3 year differnce exactly means. :x help?
