I have a Marineland 100 power filter on a 10 gallon tank with 2 baby piranhas do i have to have a bubbler?

I think a bubbler is not necessary but you should get one. And also i hope that you are prepared to move them to a 50 gallon tank once they grow. Best luck on keeping your piranhas, I have a few myself.
