Is it a law in new Mexico that cyfd has 30 days to investigate a case?

My fiancee and I have been wrongly accused of child abuse/neglect. The initial investigation started on May 26th. So it has been over 30 days at this point and I have not been communicated the outcome of their investigation.. I am hesitant to call and bother the cyfd agent (she is quite rude) but this situation is hurting my family and so stressful for us. We need answers..is there a law in new Mexico that they only have 30 days?
