Can i have red belly piranhas with south american cichlids?

No lol most likely the piranhas or the bigger fish will kill the smaller one for sure. Piranhas don't get along with any other fish besides other piranhas. That is why even in pet stores or anywhere else, they are the only ones in the tank. You can get a divider for the tank but that just looks uglier and creates less space for the fish.
