A recent TV show about an unknown critter.?

Some while ago there was a show on TV about some critter that lives in the waters of South America that bites people in the groin area.Anybody remember the show and the title?It was some travel show or part of some serial show.I don't mean piranhas.Something unknown.The guy in the show tried to catch one.
