Can a bipolar and depressed person join the military?

Having been diagnosed with Bipolar disorder is an automatic disqualification from all branches of the military. Period. They specifically ask if you have it when you apply and if you lie they can not only dishonerably discharge you but the can court marshall you for lying. It does not matter iof it is being treated or not... just having it disqualifies you. Sure you can lie but they;ll find out and they you get kicked out and lose all the benefits anyway... AND you risk going to the brigg... Don;t believe... call a recruiting office and ask them.
