Can i win a case against my college as discriminated me for not giving me a chance?

I have submitted my report wrongly in Turn-it-in and when I realised that there is something wrong it is too late as the deadline has passed. But within 24 hours I have noticed and sent mail to every places related to my assignment submission (lecturer, Course cordinator,exam office) and letting them know the problem with the evidence that I have done the report before its deadline but only missed to submit it in proper folder by mistake. The college didn't accept my case and marked me zero while the same thing happened to other student exam office has accepted that. I am thinking to file a case as they didn't give me second chance while they did it for other student. This is unfair and humiliating and against humanity. Do you think there is a possibility to win the case?
