Is it ok for google to have access to your images and is it ok to publush them without your consent?

They are not publishing your images, they are just viewing all the images from a lot of different websites - they have taken all websites relevant to your search, cut out all the pictures for you and displayed them. Like, say you have a stack of magazines and you just want pictures of flowers, if someone found them all, cut them out, then displayed them on a board for you, it's not publishing them without the photographers consent. If they were to publish them on a blog or a website other than www.google.com/images then yes, they should ask for your consent but google don't do that
