I'm confused with age of consent in Ohio?

Age of consent only applies to sexual relations. So you're in the clear. But, if you said you had consensual sex and you were 15 and he was 18, he could get arrested for statutory rape. It is quite unfair, though, that couples that do have sex comprised of a 15 and 18 year old in a happy relationship, can still result in the charges.
