What's the exact age of consent law in Minnesota?

I am 16 and am dating someone over 18.I want to know exact things.ex.Can we date and/or have sex even if we aren't within so many months of the same age?Can your parents report it if you're 16? those two are the biggest things I'd like to know.Please help :) thanks so much!
