EBay protection program HELPPPP?

Hum, I have not ever actually been in this situation but it think you should return the iPhone. And no I don't think the seller was covered so I think if you keep it he's out the phone and the money. You should ship it back at his expense, get him to send you the cost through paypal or just ship it cod ( cost on delivery ) that way he'll get it and have to pay the fees... Let him know first before you do this though.
