Who thinks it is wrong to be charged $50 just to find out the sex of the baby?

so I just ran across a news article that said that people in BC are now going to have to pay $50 if they want to know the sex of their baby. It doesn't cost them anything to look and see if it's a boy or a girl, they have to do the ultrasound anyways. I realize some doctors/ultrasound technicians have been sued for wrongly predicting the gender but make us sign a waiver or something not a fee.
