Fired wrongly????! possibly court case?

I worked at a waterpark doing Birthday partys and Cabana services (Waitressing) Well it was a busy day and i was doing 5 at 1 time because nobody else was there so 1 of my duties are to get money from the customers and go and buy it for them and so when my day was over i gave the money that i hadent spent to the supervisor to return to the customer and apparently the money in the register came up short and i was accused of stealing it and the manager discussed my termination with other employees so can i take this case to court?
