Can a lawyer help if I have been wrongly served with an order of protection, by my husband?

I found out my husband had an affair, I confronted them at her apartment. I through water on my husband and left. Later I told him that I had evidence that he cheated numerous times, and I was filling for divorce. On sunday the left and on yesterday, I was served with order of protection papers. Also, about a year ago his seventeen year old daughter and I had words at my house and I told her if she couldn't speak to me when she comes to our house then she will not be welcomed there. Last Saturday she stared coming back around, and last night she came in with a key. My husband is not there at the time, I am assuming he is waiting for me to leave so he can come back. Has anyone else been betrayed by a coward that would do something like this? Advice please on what to do now
