Can I get a Black Piranha in Maine?

I saw this video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2Lo0q5bGc1Y and decided I want that fish so I was wondering if I could find it in maine and if so where? Also how much would it cost for the tank, fish, and stuff inside it?
